Cliffhanger ending! Well, not to anyone who's read the Silmarillion.

I originally planned to show the debate in Valinor, with them all surprised and hurt that the Elves didn't leap at their invitation, and Ulmo being all smug and saying "Told you so" and "That's because God gave them Free Will; they can make their own choices." But it seemed a bit over the top considering this entire section is taken from half of one sentence of Chapter Three... ("But the Elves were at first unwilling to hearken to the summons, for they had as yet seen the Valar only in their wrath as they went to war, save Oromë alone; and they were filled with dread. Therefore Oromë was sent again to them, and he (...)")

Though admittedly, the Noldor will eventually discover that the returns policy isn't very user-friendly.
