The History of Middle-earth (chibi version) - Part 106: Organising a defence

6th March 2014 (11:52)

Introducing three more characters... The thing about Valar and Elves being immortal is that the number of people in the story can increase exponentially. :)

I designed the Melian and Lúthien chibis separately at different times, but seeing them together I think they do actually look like mother and daughter.  \o/

Part 106: Organising a defence

Next time: Part 107: Blue on blue.

Chibis by tektek.org
Original story by and copyright to J R R Tolkien, ed. C Tolkien: Primarily based on the Silmarillion, but incorporating ideas from the 12-volume History of Middle Earth series.

"Hello, Repair Department? There seems to be a problem with my Dream Prophecy Unit. It keeps sending messages that are almost meaningless."

Hey, when you're dealing with all of eternity, an accuracy level of +/- 2000 years is pretty good!

THINGOL: "You fellows make sure the Princess doesn't leave this room until I come and get her.

MABLUNG: "Not to leave the room even if you come and get her."

BELEG: "Hic!"

THINGOL: "No, no. Until I come and get her."

MABLUNG: "Until you come and get her, we're not to enter the room."

THINGOL: "No, no..."

When the Princess you're guarding is Lúthien, you may as well resign yourself to her escaping the moment she chooses to...
